Work Songs

I was recently reminded of all the great work songs people used to sing ... songs about building canals and railroads, or about picking bales of cotton. All those fun activities.

I'd hate for that to become a lost art, so I'm trying to build enthusiasm for songs about today's work. Some ideas are:

Hi, ho! The server's down.
I can't seem to access my own Web files.
Hi, ho! The server's down.
Web pages or even CSS styles.

Or perhaps a more familiar tune would lend itself to updating:

I've been waiting for a download
All the live-long day.
I've been waiting for a download
But the server's gone away.
Can't you see the cursor spinning.
It's not coming back.
I don't think our host is winning
This DOS attack.
Server, don't be slow.
Server, don't be slow.
Server, don't be slow this mo-ho-horn.
Server, don't be slow.
Server, don't be slow,
So that I can download porn.

This is only the beginning of a new popular art. The possibilities are limitless.
